SPARDHA 2025 at FMS–IRM, Jaipur brought together two days of enriching discussions, sharp presentations and collaborative learning. Students from various institutes participated across multiple management tracks, sharing research, insights and innovative viewpoints. Day 1 was filled with active academic engagement, while Day 2 saw refined presentations and thoughtful exchanges that highlighted the depth of preparation and talent on display.
The event concluded with a warm and inspiring Valedictory Ceremony in the presence of Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) Vaishali Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Jagannath University, and Guest of Honour Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Srivastava, Principal, NIMS University. Their words encouraged students to continue striving for excellence. Alumni Association leaders, Mr. Neeraj Gupta and Mr. Neelesh Jain, added further value to the occasion with their support and presence.
The achievers from each track were celebrated for their standout performances, representing the finest work presented during the event. Their recognition reflected the quality of thought and dedication that SPARDHA aims to promote.
The success of the event was strengthened by the FMS–IRM Student Coordinator Team, whose seamless planning and coordination ensured that every session and ceremony ran smoothly.
SPARDHA 2025 concluded as a proud celebration of academic spirit, talent and teamwork, leaving students inspired, connected and motivated for the journey ahead.
